Muslims and Home Education

Assalamu alaykum,
it was brought to my attention that my website Muslims and Home Education have disappeared from the internet! I have contacted the server who host my website and they are currently upgrading their helpdesk, my website was accidentally deleted!!! I am so sad about it but Qadr'Allah! 5 years of hard work gone into the website.
Anyway just to let you all know about it and warn you that if you visit the http://muslimsandhomeeducation.com/ is not my website any longer, at least for the moment. I am hoping they can sort something out!
Wa alaykum assalam

Did you make a backup of your website? Never trust web hosting companies to take good care of your precious data. Can you recover data from the Google cache? It normally stores snapshots of websites for several weeks after they are removed.

Hello Riaz,
nice to hear from you again. How are you? Thanks for your wise advice, yes back up!! Story of my life. Imagine that just 2 weekd ago I have lost my essays to send to the tutor, cause the pc crashed and I had not BACK UP!!! ARGHH. Since then I am using a USB key. Well I bought couple of USB keys.
This time with the website I had the back up as it is stored in the host (server). Fact is I cannot publish it as the host is closing down and block the website. I can only access the first page. I am awaiting to hear from them. Actually I am going to check my emails right now. Thanks again :)

I had an email from them just now. I was told that they will eventually unblock my website for a week and give me time to leave the host, basically I need to pack my luggages and go :(
They will send me the Auth code needed to transfer my files and folders to another host company. Hopefully that will cure my problem.
