Our visit to Battersea Zoo

<

Assalamu alaykum,

the day didn't start very well. There were some major problems with some of the underground lines. We were late and got soaked wet with rain. Hamdulillah.

But once there the kids and I relaxed a little, very short stay as we had it to come back to East London for the kids exams at madrassa. Today they have been tested in Arabic.

Anyway back to Battersea Zoo. The Park is great and I wish to go back to visit more. There is so much going on in there and even thou is a small park compare to others, it's still very well looked after and with plenty activities to do : tennis courts, lake with boats, river, picnic area and of course the zoo.

Here some pics. The zoo is very small, mainly with farm animals and some exotic such as squirrels monkeys, lemur, meerkats and parrots. They also have a very nice farm and an area for kids to play.
